Window Shopper Lyrics

Ohh!
The top feel so much better than the bottom
So much betterMan you's a window shopper
Mad at me, I think I know why
Man you's a window shopper
In the jewelry store lookin' at **it you can't buy
Man you's a window shopper
In the dealership tryna get a test drive
Man you's a window shopper
Mad as **** when you see me ride bySummertime, white Porsche Carrera is milky
I'm on the grind, let my paper stack but I'm filthy
It's funny how n***** get to screw facin' at me
Anyhow they ain't got the heart to get at meI'll get down, Southside's the hood that I come from
So I don't cruise through nobody 'hood without my gun
They know the kid ain't gon' for all that bull****
Try and stick me, I'ma let off a **** ****It ain't my fault you done f***** up your re-up
At the dice game who told you put a G up?
Everybody mad when they paper don't stack right

But when I come around y'all n***** better act rightWhen we got the tops down you can hear the systems thump
When we rollin', rollin', rollin'
Shut ya block down, quick to put a hole in a chump
When we rollin', rollin', rollin'Man you's a window shopper
Mad at me, I think I know why
Man you's a window shopper
In the jewelry store lookin' at sh** you can't buy
Man you's a window shopper
In the dealership tryna get a test drive
Man you's a window shopper
Mad as f*** when you see me ride byLove me in L.A. as soon as I pop in
They come to scoop me up at L.A.X. and I hop in
Now when it comes to bad ****** you know I got them
Some from Long Beach, some from Watts and from ComptonYou know a n***a wanna see how Cali girls freak off
After that five hour flight from New York
I start spittin' G at a b**** like a pimp mayne
Tell her, "Meet me at the Mondrian so we can do our thang"She can bring the lingerie with her, I suppose
Then we can go from fully dressed to just having no clothes
Then she can run and tell her best friend 'bout my sex game
Then her best friend could potentially be next, mayneListen mayne, **** changed, I came up I'm doin' my thang
Homey I'm holdin', holdin', holdin'
Oh sh** mayne, the store owner watchin' you
Before somethin' get stolen, stolen, stolenMan you's a window shopper
Mad at me, I think I know why
Man you's a window shopper
In the jewelry store lookin' at sh** you can't buy
Man you's a window shopper
In the dealership tryna get a test drive
Man you's a window shopper
Mad as f*** when you see me ride by

Curtis James Jackson III (born July 6, 1975 in South Jamaica, Queens, New York), better known by his stage name 50 Cent, is a Grammy award nominated rapper, actor, singer, entrepreneur, author and founder of the hip hop group and label G-Unit. After leaving drug dealing to pursue a rap career, he released his debut album Guess Who's Back? in 2002. He was discovered by Eminem and Dr. Dre and then signed to Interscope Records. He has since released 2003's Get Rich or Die Tryin', 2005's The Massacre, 2007's Curtis and 2009's Before I Self Destruct.

50 Cent has engaged in feuds with other rappers including Jay-Z, Ja Rule, The Game, Cam'Ron, Fat Joe, and Rick Ross. He has also pursued an acting career, appearing in the semi-autobiographical film Get Rich or Die Tryin' in 2005, the Iraq War film Home of the Brave in 2006, and Righteous Kill in 2008. 50 Cent is one of the richest hip-hop performers, having a net worth estimated at US $440 million in 2008.

Before 50 Cent ever inked a major deal, he built up a substantial fan base in New York through underground mixtapes. 50 Cent met up with Jam Master Jay of Run-DMC and was signed to his label to write all of Jay’s music. After he’d left JMJ, he signed to Columbia Records in 1996. On this label, he released Power of the Dollar, and the singles How to Rob and Ghetto Qu’ran. Columbia Records released him from the label after being shot on May 24th, 2000.

Around this time, Eminem had heard one of 50 Cent’s demo tapes and expressed a huge interest in him on MTV, as did Dr Dre. Shortly after this, 50 Cent officially signed to Interscope Records. He was the first rapper to sign to the joint label owned by Dr Dre and Eminem. The first song he released on this record was entitled Wanksta and was featured on the 8 Mile soundtrack.

In its first week of release, his debut ”Get Rich Or Die Tryin’” sold 872,000 units - easily reaching Gold status. Within the second week it went Platinum (1 mil) and on April 12th, 2004 the RIAA certified it six times Platinum.

In 2005 he followed the success of his album Get Rich or Die Tryin’ with a new release - The Massacre (originally called St. Valentines Day Massacre until the release date was pushed back). The first single released off this, Disco Inferno, was a huge hit - he followed this hit up by the release of Candy Shop and then again with Just a Lil Bit.

In 2003 Interscope allowed 50 Cent to have his own label - G-Unit records. He first signed Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and Young Buck as the established members of G-Unit. In 2004, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent had signed The Game under a joint venture.
