Wings (The Pajama Sessions)[feat. Jedd Hughes] Lyrics

Love can be crazy
Magical things it can do
The places that it takes you to
I never thought that it was trueTill you saw me standing
Facing the walls I can't climb
You lifted me up just in time
It's so perfect and divineYou give me wings
So I can fly, at least that's
How it seems
Like angels do, I'm dancing in a dream
There's no fear or doubt
Up here in the clouds
'Cause you give me wingsI'm only human
And I do the best I can do
Sometimes I fight and I lose
When I can't pull myself through,
You doYou give me wings
So I can fly, at least that's

How it seems
Like angels do, I'm dancing in a dream
There's no fear or doubt
Up here in the clouds
'Cause you give me wingsYou take me high
Higher than the struggles in this life
And where I used to stumble
Now I rise above it all
Like I could never fall
'Cause you give me wingsI am not an angel
But baby, understand
When I get around you
I feel like I am
Ain't runnin' any longer
Your love makes me stronger
Nothing is impossible
Anymore, anymoreYou give me wings
So I can fly, at least that's
How it seems
Like angels do, I'm dancing in a dream
There's no fear or doubt
Up here in the clouds
'Cause you give me wingsYou take me high
Higher than the struggles in this life
And where I used to stumble
Now I rise above it all
Like I could never fall
'Cause you give me wingsYou give me wings
You give me wings

Sarah Buxton grew up in Lawrence, Kan., and became actively involved in music as a child by learning piano, playing flute and joining a children's choir. She sang Patty Loveless' "Blame It on Your Heart" at a talent show as a junior in high school. As she learned more about music, she became interested in songwriters and began writing poetry. After graduation, she met one of her musical idols, Stevie Nicks, who encouraged her to pursue music, which meant a move to Nashville.
