Wish You Were Here Lyrics

Everyday the memories of someone that was dear to me
Keep running through my mind
The thoughts of all the love we shared and all the little things you said
That prove to me you caredTime will never take away the mem'ries if our yesterday I cherrish them all
It's better to have love we lost than never to have none the love at allOh I wish you were here
Can't help the way I miss you and thinking how I need you wanting you near
Can't help the way I miss you and thinking how I need you wish you were hereI keep listenin' for the footsteps that I hear upon my doorsteps
To become reality
But all the things I hear them envy the little thoughts I'm thinking
Are just a vanity
