Dance Nation is either: 1. The short-lived finnish dance music act founded early 90s by a well-known Amiga/PC demoscene musician Captain aka Markus Kaarlonen. Other band members were Laura Niskanen and MC Carbon D (Sami Häkkinen). Markus is nowadays best-known from the ranks of Poets of the Fall, where he plays keyboards and writes songs. 2. A musical act from the Netherlands, established early 00s. Comprised of members Kim and Sean, the duo are also known both as Double Nation and Sean & Kim. Dance Nation is one of Netherlands most famous dance duos, well-respected across the globe for their hits 'Sunshine', 'Dance', 'Words' and 'Great Divide'. The producers behind the act are music industry professionals Rob Janssen and Brad Grobler.
