You Are the Light Lyrics

You are the light
You are the lightWell every time we meet
I try to be coolAnd mostly I feel like a fool
Well it's nothing you say
It's nothing you do
I guess I'm just crazy for youEven when you're near
Sometimes you're hard to find
But you keep telling me everything is gonna work out fineWell don't you be so cruel
Don't you ask me to stop
We both know you like it a lot
You say go by the rules
You better be smart
Follow your head not your heartEven when you're near
Sometimes you're hard to find
But you keep telling me everything is gonna work out fineYou are the light
That burns in the night
You are the light
You are the lightAnd if I had my way

You'd never be far
Cause you are my guiding starEven when you're near
Sometimes you're hard to find
But you keep telling me everything is gonna work out fineYou are the light
That burns in the night
You are the light
You are the lightYou are the light
That burns in the night
You are the light
You are the lightYou're the light
You're the light
You're the light
You're the light
You're the light
You're the light
You're the light
You're the light
You're the light
You're the light
You're the light....
