You Can Make It Lyrics

You can make it
Broken promises, and shattered dreams,
no hope it seems, still I believe
that I can make it
by faith.
I am needing, the king and I.
I will survive and I know
I can make it
I can make it
through the sunshine and rain
make it
through my sickness and pain
make it
when they scandalize my name
make it.
Just as long as the Lord is on my side, everything I know will be alright.
I can make, make it.
Out in the cold, no place to go

still there is hope, when the doors are closed,
that I , I can make it.
(I can make it)
You can make it when mother is gone.
(make it)
sometimes you may feel all alone.
(make it)
you don't have nobody to depend on, always remember God is on the throne.
(I can make it)
the enemy wants all of us to fail.
(make it)
But God is going to make us the head and not the tail.
all you have to do is make up in your mind to make it.
( just as long as the lord on my side, everything I know will be alright)
(just as long as the lord is on my side, everything I know will be alright)
I can make it
through my sickness
(make it)
through my heart
I may feel like I'm all alone
your gonna make it
so hold on to God's unchanging hand
they may evict you, they may scandalize your name.
