You Know What It's Like Lyrics

Deep within the night
You leave me all alone
When you say goodbye
I close my eyes, I can't see
Should have knownYour smile is amazing
I miss you the moment that you're gone
From my arms
Your kisses are blazing
A fire I've waited for so long
I could go on and onBut you, you know
You know what it's like, oh baby
When love feels
When everything feels right, so rightLike a fire, warm
Glowing in the night, so bright
I say you, surely you know
You know what it's likeWhen we're holding hands
Walking in the daylight
Feels so nice

Truly, it's romance
Keeps me holding so tight
So good, so rightI sing from the mountain
I come down to whisper in your ear
La, la, la, la
I spring like a fountain
I tell you the words you love to hear
But there's no meaning, my dearBecause you, you know
You know what it's like, oh baby
When love feels
When everything feels right, so rightLike a fire, warm
Glowing in the night, so bright
I say you, surely you know
You know what it's like, yeah, yeahI know you, you know
You know what it's like, oh baby
When love feels
When everything feels right, so rightLike a fire, warm
Glowing in the night, so bright
I say you, surely you know
You know what it's likeYou know what it's like
Yes, you do
You know you do
You know what it's likeYes, you do, oh
I know, I know you know
You know what it's like
Yes, you doYou know you do
You know what it's like
Yes, you do
I know, I know you know
