You Shook Me All Night Long Lyrics

He was a fast machine, he kept his motor clean
He was the best kinda man I had ever seen
He had those singles eyes tellin' me no lies
An' knockin' me out with those American thighsTakin' more then he should
He had me fightin' for air
He told me to come
But I was already there'Cause the walls were shakin'
The earth was quakin'
My mind was achin'
And we were naked and youShook me all night long
Said you
Shook me all night longWorkin' double time on the seduction line
He was one of a kind , he's just mine, all mine
Wanted no applause just another course
He made a meal outta me and came back for moreHad to cool me down
To take another round
Now I'm back in the ring
To take another swingNow the walls were shakin'

The earth was quakin'
My mind was achin'
And we were naked and youShook me all night long
Ah, you
Shook me all night long
You shook me all night long
You shook me all night longI said you shook me all night long
Oh yeah you, shook me all night long
You, you, you shook me all night long
You shook me baby, shook me all night longYeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
You shook me, you shook me
You shook me, you shook me
You shook me all night long, yeah

Big Kenny Alphin and John Rich met in 1998 at a bar where Big Kenny was playing. They met up afterwards and made appointments to write songs together. Eventually, they launched an album together in 2004. It was called Horse of a Different Color. Their second album is called Comin' to Your City and was released on Nov 15, 2005.

Their 2007 album was entitled Between Raising Hell and Amazing Grace. The lead single off that album was the romantic 'Lost in This Moment'. They achieved their first number one song to date with this release.

The That's Why I Pray Songfacts reports that the first single released by Big & Rich following a hiatus in which Big Kenny recovered from a neck injury and John Rich released a solo debut album made history. When That's Why I Pray debuted at # 24 on the Billboard Country chart, it became the highest debut by a duo in the Nielsen BDS era.
