Your Good Thing (is About To End) Lyrics

I don't have to beg you to hold me
Cause somebody else will
You don't have to love me when I want it
Cause somebody else will
Your so called friends say you don't need it
When all the time they're trying to get it
Lookout
Your good thing is coming to an end
Your real good thing is about to end
All those nights I watched the four walls
I didn't have to watch them all alone
When another woman said she wanted me
I didn't have to tell her I was your very own
You've had all the love I've got
But even ice melts to water when it gets hot
Your good thing is coming to an end
I mean your real good thing is about to end

I'm getting myself back together
It's gonna be tough I know
But when the right woman comes along
You can bet I won't say no
Your real good thing
I said it's coming to an end
Your real real good thing
Is about to end
Your so called friends say you don't need it
When all the time they're trying to get it
Lookout
Your good thing is coming to an end
Talking about your real real good thing
Said it's coming to an end
Talking about the good thing
The real thing
Gonna be a brand new day
When your good thing goes away
Call me Mister gone gone gone gone gone away
You'd better have something going on
Cause your good thing is moving on
Talking about your good thing
Is coming to an end
