There are at least two bands name Adelleda, a "melodic hardcore rock band" from Dallas Texas by way of Auckland New Zealand; as well as a melodic street punk band from Hamilton Ontario Canada
Adelleda is a melodic hardcore rock band originally from Auckland, New Zealand, but currently reside in Dallas, Texas, USA. The band was formed by members from the broken up bands Blindspott and Jeopardy Theory, and American lead singer Nuno Pereira. In February 2008, lead singer Nuno Pereira and guitarist Brendon Reihana left the band during the recording for the album A Reasonable Explanation For Life. They were replaced by Kyle Setter (formerly Destroy the Runner) and Matt Sherwood, and the album was cancelled. On 1st June the band released their first album, called Adelleda, with the new singer Kyle.

Adelleda is a punk rock band out of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Their sound can best be described as a mashing of "punk rock generations" with influences ranging from Pennywise, Bad Religion, and Minor Threat to No Use For A Name, Lagwagon, Strung Out and The Bouncing Souls.
With an emphasis on their high-energy live performance, Adelleda is commited to providing concert goers with a unique and fulfilling experience. Melodic and steady, Adelleda delivers an enjoyable brand of punk rock, with screaming guitar solos accompanied by an aggressive lyrical style that often addresses issues of social awareness, and political activism.
