You're Not Alone Lyrics

Don't let the sun go down on our empire
It's too much to waste
And don't let the walls come down 'round our empire
It's too much to wave goodbyeWe've been working for a long time
We've been fighting for a way
Now in the streets men stand in lines
They're all wasted anywayYou're living in an incestuous world
Where your conscious holds no weight
You sold us down the river like rats
Then you drowned and beat the braveYou're not alone you know, you're not alone you know
You're not alone, no, no
You're not alone you know, you're not alone you know
You're not alone, no, noDon't let the sun go down on our empire
It's too much to waste
And don't let the reigns come down on our empire
It's too much to wash awayWe've been working for a long time
We've been fighting for a way
Now in the streets men stand in lines

They're all wasted anywayYou're living in an incestuous world
Where your conscious holds no weight
You sold us down the river like rats
Then you drowned and beat the braveYou're not alone you know, you're not alone you know
You're not alone, no, no
You're not alone you know, you're not alone you know
You're not alone, no, no, yeahNot alone, not aloneThere's just too many dreams in this wasteland
For you to leave us all behind
There's just too many dreams in this wasteland
For you to leave us all behindYou're not aloneYou're not alone you know, you're not alone you know
You're not alone, no, no
You're not alone you know, you're not alone you know
You're not alone, no, no

Their debut album - "We'll Live And Die In These Towns" - was released on the 9th of July 2007. This went straight to number one in the UK. Since the band headlined the NME "Rock N Roll Riot" tour supported by The Wombats and Lethal Bizzle. In March/April the band conducted their first tour, playing two sold out nights at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
