Zero Lyrics

Advisory - the following lyrics contain explicit language:
Now there is a light in the dark, some will say
There is a grace up high
There is a beauty that some can behold
Not I, not IThere is a power that's felt from the shore
There is a force that won't break
But all of these things to me are no more
I've changed, I've changedWhat in the hell have you done?
Cast aside all that you love
Sorrows you never out runZero
Nothing for you's ever good enough

Zero
Nothing makes you wholeHow many times have you felt all alone?
How many tears have you cried?
Called out in vain for a God to behold
Inside, insideHow many fires you let die in your heart?
How many storms must you face?
Left out to fight for yourself in the cold
No faith, no faithSo nothing to lean on this time
Nothing is left to decide
All that you've known you denyZero
Nothing for you's ever good enough
Zero
Nothing makes you wholeZero
Nothing for you's ever good enough
Zero
Nothing makes you wholeGo now, surrender
You can't take no more
And just cry out
Surrender, your faith is no moreWhat in the hell have you done?
Cast aside all that you love
Sorrows you never out run
Just look what you have becomeZero
Nothing for you's ever good enough
Zero
Nothing makes you wholeZero
Nothing for you's ever good enough
Zero
Nothing makes you whole

Alter Bridge is an American alternative metal/hard rock band that was formed in 2004 in Orlando, Florida. It consists of lead guitarist Mark Tremonti, bassist Brian Marshall, and drummer Scott Phillips (drummer), all of whom are also members of Creed, alongside lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Myles Kennedy, formerly of The Mayfield Four and the frontman of Slash's current solo project. Tremonti named the group after an actual bridge that used to be located in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, near his former home on Alter Road.
