Flis the band was founded the year 1998 when David Thor, Valdi and Helgi met in FIH school of music in Reykjavik. In the beginning traditional jazz was their main concern, but as they grew they started taking in all of the influences they had before their jazz interest and after, boiling things together into a meaty soup that keeps getting bigger and tastier. http://www.myspace.com/flismusic
