from red to blue (gilmore girls) Lyrics

Another day dawn's grey
It's enough to make me spit
But we go on our way
Just putting up with it
And when I try to make my
Feelings known to you
You sound like you have changed from red to blueYou're a father now
You seen things in different ways
For every parent will
Gain perspective on their wilder days
But that alone does not explain
The change I see in you
The way you've drifted off from red to blueSometimes I think to myself
Should I vote red for my class
Or green for our children
But whatever choice I make I will not forsakeSo you bought it all
The best your money could buy
And I watched you sell your soul

For the bright shining light

Billy Bragg (Stephen William Bragg, Barking, Essex, England, 20 December, 1957) is an English singer-songwriter and left-wing activist. His music blends elements of folk music, punk rock and protest songs, and his lyrics mostly deal with political or romantic themes. In 1977, Bragg formed the punk rock/pub rock band Riff Raff, and toured London's pubs and clubs. The band released a series of singles, which did not receive wide exposure. He also worked in Guy Norris Records in Barking.
