post-merchant ships. went on to form William Bonney and Park Jefferson. Midwest Pen Pals was a four piece emo/indie punk rock band based out of south bend, indiana.
they had one release, titled Inside Jokes.
they were scheduled to release a vinyl split with Ape Up!/Boys & Sex and a full length in late 2009.
