The Valkyrians
The Valkyrians is a five-piece ska patrol from the Finnish capital Helsinki. Band was founded in 2002. Their groovy tunes are a mix of early reggae, traditional 60’s Jamaican ska and British two tone, spiced up with a fresh touch. After the release of their debut album High and Mighty in September 2006, the group has been playing at sold-out venues all over Finland. The album debuted at no. 24 in the official Charts and the first single Rankin’ Fullstop spent over a month in Top 20, climbing at its best to no. 6.
