Allergo formed in the autumn of 2001.

They disbanded after the tragic death of their drummer, Graham Motion, in 2006.

Withing their 5 year life-span as a band, they played all over Scotland, inlcuding opening slots for such bands as Cult of Luna, Shai Hulud, Bleeding Through, Johnny Truant; to name a few. Also, two appearences on the T-Break stage at T in the Park, Scotland's biggest music festival. Along with the appearences at T in the Park, they recived a large amount of national radio exposure, and a live interview on the BBC - T in the Park coverage.

They self-released and home-recorded over 7 demos, each of which showcasing their development as musicians and songwriters.
