Substate is a collaboration between Rob Stevenson, the UK uplifting trance producer (better known as Activa), and Chris & Matt Kidd brothers.
In 2006 they made a great single called 'Horizon' released on Liquid Recordings with Mac Zimms remix.
Later on, singles 'Release' and 'The Following' were released on Joyride and Reload Music correspondingly.
