But then Strangefruit are quite a long way from being like every band. Strangefruit have taken their favourite, most affecting parts from plangent folk and vintage jazz, fuzzed-out psychedelia and crunchy indie-rock and created something that sounds quite startling, quite unlike anything you have ever heard.
