Tim Taylor began playing blues harmonica at fifteen after hearing Sonny Boy Williamson II on a recording with the Yardbirds and falling in love with the sound. After years of playing alone, listening to any recordings that he could get his hands on, and listening to the many great local players during the heyday of the local blues scene, he felt ready to take the next step. Tim met a guitarist named Jeff Stanhope and they hit it off, starting a four piece Blues R&B band called the Jaywalkers.
