Brandon is a very special guy. He grew up in Gaines, MI where he was just an hour or so from Detroit, MI aka "Rock City". Brandon's music sounds more like himself but more original than most. If you had to put a name to his music you could say people have compared his lyrics to Chris Tomlin who meets David Crowder. Brandon writes his music for the church and for those that need songs that aren't sugar coated and tell it like it is and tell who God is, that is what sets Brandon apart from so many other Christian artists out there, and he isn't afraid of praising God and letting the world know that he is a Christian and very proud of it.
When you meet Brandon in person you will see he is just like the guy next door but more fun and a little different. Before Brandon decided to pursue full time music ministry he served his country in the US Army while also serving in combat in Iraq for 15 months from 2006-2008. Brandon says that a lot of his music was written while in Iraq because that is where God really showed him who he is and the calling he had on his life. Later in 2008, Brandon got out of the military and started to take on his calling. "Making music is a huge passion of mine, I love the way it makes me feel and just the pleasure and high I get from it in itself is just amazing. I love writing not just worship music but also good pop music it challenges me and I love that also!"
Brandon has been making music ever since the first time he picked up his first guitar. He recalls " I have never been a songwriter, I have always had a song in my heart, it's just now God is finally bringing those songs out of me and making them into something special and amazing whether it be for the church, or just for everyone to hear it's just an awesome ride."
Brandon just finished his first worship album "Wings Of Love" and it is due to hit select Christian Bookstores and iTunes this July. Brandon is currently working on a new secular album due to come out late fall, early winter.
As you can see, Brandon is an artist that will be taking the Christian Music Industry by storm with his powerful vocals and dynamic anointing in the worship circuit and it's awesome to see the great things God has in store for him and his family.
