She started singing at the age of 9, and by age 13 the Broward County Florida based tween was already a blossoming diva, heralded by the Sun Sentinel newspaper as "“The little girl with the BIG voice”. She has appeared at venues all across South Florida and won the Broward County Fair vocal competition 2007. She has sung the national anthem at major local sports venues and in 2007 was invited to perform for 8000 at the Wilson County Fair, in Nashville Tenn., with musicians from the Grand Ole Opry.
