YOURS is a band from Portland, OR formed in 2010 by Matthan Minster and Adam Trachsel. YOURS plays/collaborates with a revolving cast of many friends. Distiller says this:
Yours, a mere two-piece who deliver much, much more than the sum of their parts. Integrated into Yours' sound you'll find everything from early Modest Mouse-esque shouts + howls, to almost Mogwai-esque post rock beauty, to the deftest touches of more modern hooks, to piano-driven pop tunes. It's an unusual combination, and an undoubtedly tall order to pull off all that they do. But, somehow, they do it well!
