Ralph Wiggum's Favorite Band was founded in April 2008 in Springfield, USA by the young German musicians Cotisuelto Smrz and Simon Paul. During a hiatus of their bands destophobia and Soundstairs, respectively, they met by coincidence during a vacation in the USA. During a trip to East Springfield (which is three times as big as Texas) they started jamming by using Paul's guitar and evertything they could get into their hands, turtles for example.
