Haruki Murakami
Haruki Murakami (村上春樹 Murakami Haruki) is a Japanese novelist born in 1949 in Kyoto, Japan. He grew up in Kobe, Japan and now lives in the USA. He writes fantastical novels and short stories, mostly based in Japan, with a strong interest in music and people. His most famous book, Norwegian Wood is well known in both the West and his home country.
