In spring 2004 ENDER. was founded by five individuals with a history in bands like Westfold, Killer, Cast-Down and 9 Days Wonder. After a year of creating their own sound, ENDER. decided to record a 4-song EP called "Another Great Mindset". Pounding and shredding guitar riffs combined with tight and jazzy though furious drum parts result in a raw sound and structure which deviates from the typical metalcore genre. The ENDER. sound has been numerously labeled as a derivation of typical 90's hardcore bands like Kindred, Unbroken and Culture mixed with modern bands like Darkest Hour and Himsa.
