遠藤ミチロウ (Michiro Endo) is a Japanese punk/rock vocalist, born in Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima-ken, Japan, and graduated from Yamagata University. He was the founder of punk rock band The Stalin, one of the dominant acts of the 1980s Japanese punk scene. Later went on to form Stalin and Video Stalin.
