There are two bands called The Cuban Heels. (1) The Cuban Heels are an alternative indie band from the UK. Formed in 2002, their songs range from minimalist acoustic songs to heavy hard hitting rock but always with customary harmonies and pop hooks. They have released two singles; Mr Brannam and She's On Fire which peaked at 72 in the UK charts and 19 in the indie chart. The group also released an album; The Cuban Heels (2009) a retrospective comprised of various recordings from the previous decade. The band broke up in 2006 but since then they have played several shows together.
