1) The Toll is a sludge noise project by Will Killingsworth. 2) The Toll was a punk band from Germany in the early 1980s. Bandmember Michael Girke later formed the Indie Rock band Jetzt! 3) The Toll was a rock band from Columbus, Ohio in mid 1980s to early 1990s. It consisted of vocalist Brad Circone, guitarist Rick Silk, bassist Greg Bartram, and Brett Mayo on drums. They released two albums, The Price of Progression in 1988 and Sticks and Stones and Broken Bones in 1991.
