2nd II None is a rap group from Compton, California. It consists of cousins KK (born K. McDonald) and Gangsta D (born D. Barnett) They released their first album in 1991, the self-titled 2nd II None (from Profile Records). Their second album, Classic 220 (from Arista Records), came eight full years after their debut. Their albums were mainly produced by childhood friend and rap legend DJ Quik. They are most known for working with fellow Compton friends DJ Quik, Hi-C, AMG, Mausberg, and Playa Hamm.
