Itay Steinberg, better known as Hydroid, was born on the 5th of April 1986 in Ramat-Gan, Israel. Since childhood he was attracted to EDM, those banging beats and powerful basslines, combined with beautiful melodies, it was love at first sight. In the year of 2002, Itay discovered a program named "Impulse Tracker" which was a sample based DOS program. Itay was excited with the idea that he could finally make his own music using just his home PC. Producing music gave him a different feeling, something he hadn't felt before, a feeling that soaked him to the very core of his sole.
