There are at least two bands with the name Swordmaster. Swordmaster was a metal band from Sweden, that was formed in 1994. In the beginning of their short-lived career, Swordmaster played nothing but raw Black Metal; but this only lasted for two demos and a EP, “Wrath of Time”. In 1997 their first full-length was released, “Postmortem Tales” and it took a whole different approach than their previous material. “Postmortem Tales” has an industrial-sounding intro and the music can be described as “Thrash/Death metal with Black metal vocals”.
