The Boogiemen are San Diego's freshest, most inspired Blues Roots music band. They play a style called "West Coast Boogie", a mix of jump blues or swing and more traditional blues. They have been performing all over the greater southern-California region for the past ten years. Some people call it Texas or Chicago Blues, or jump blues. The mix of styles the band members bring to the group give the Boogiemen their unique sound. Add that to their exciting, energetic stage show, and you have a mix that pushes the boundaries of traditional blues into the 21st century.
