Tom Glazer

Tom Glazer

Thomas Zachariah Glazer (September 2, 1914 - February 21, 2003) was a folk singer-songwriter. He was primarily known as a singer and composer of ballads, many of which have become staples in the pantheon of folk music, including Because All Men Are Brothers, (recorded by The Weavers and Peter, Paul and Mary), Talking Inflation Blues (recorded by Bob Dylan), and A Dollar Ain't A Dollar Anymore. His greatest commercial success came with the original (and still definitive) recording of the song parody On Top of Spaghetti.
