Ok City Ok
Ok city ok is a Tokyo-based rock band centered around American expatriate Kay Grace, former guitarist of The Duckhills. Grace began performing as "ok city ok" in Tokyo in late 2003, posting demos of songs on www.okcityok.com and making desultory efforts to form a band. Promotional materials and bios during this time obscured Grace's identity and nationality, presenting ok city ok as a band, although Grace later admitted in an interview, "I have been trying to convince people to play with me for about three years now—longer than the duckhills even existed.
