L!F! are a band of brothers playing a furious blend of screamo/thrash/post-punk from Norwich, UK. It's all about good times, and being angry at the times that aren't. Formed over the summer of 2007, the initial idea was to just play over the duration of that summer. This was because 3/4 of the band were leaving for university later that year. After a handful of practices and shows the band decided to try and keep things going despite being located in different cities around the UK. Before departing for uni, L!F! recorded all their material in the bedroom of Maths drummer, Alfie Adams.
