Dead Smurfs was a Dirty Rock and Roll/Hardcore band from Uberlândia - MG, Brazil. The band got together in 2001 when the then Guitar Player Chelo, got together with his school mate Lucas Dal, and decided to play Punk Rock, influenced by bands such as Mukeka di Rato, The Exploited, and even more melodic bands such as NOFX and No Use for a Name. They recruited Gringo for the Bass and Allisson for the vocals.
