Kool DJ Red Alert
Not enough can be said or written about Hip Hop's premier radio deejay Kool DJ Red Alert. He's been on the scene from day one. He came up under Afrika Bambaataa and is cousin to the legendary Jazzy Jay. Red was also recently honored for holding it down on commercial radio longer then anyone else. He started wrecking turntables back in '76-'77 at many of the early Hip Hop block party/ community center gigs.
