Dalmatian Rex and the Eigentones are an alternative rock band formed in Leicester, who then relocated to Huddersfield West Yorkshire. Their music is characterized by surreal lyrics and titles such as "This is my hippopotamus and his name is not Gerald" or "I'm scared of you Japanese Cheese". They have released 5 albums and a best of compilation... We don't make toothpaste for anyone else - 1999
