There are at least three bands using the name bugs: Brazilian psychedelic band formed in Natal, state of Rio Grande do Norte.
Bugs started with an conversation between bassist Paolo Bruno and drummer Joab Quental, on the 2002 reveillon with the intention to make a band with influences of rock, cinema, psicodelism and literature. Paolo called cousin Denilton Falcão for playing guitar. On the spring of the same year the band started to make shows in the city, with some recorded material. In the end of the year they released their first EP.
