He has been compared to everyone from Prince, Stevie Wonder, Jamie Lidell, and Beck, to the theme from Ghostbusters, but the critics all agree: Alan has invented his own very unique form of delightful pop music, smile-inducing yet thought-provoking... or as one critic put it, "mirrorballboogiepoptabulous."
