1. In 1997, two brothers known as Agent Urth & Adept MC who were raised on the gritty streets of Stockton, California joined lyrical forces to form a hip hop crew called Neglected that would quickly become known as one of Northern California's premier up and coming rap talents. With BIG dreams and little money to work with, they relied on pure creativity and undeniable inspiration to start turning those dreams into reality.
