Founded in the summer of 2008 by songwriter/bass player Mark Allen and vocalist El Roy; later joined by Rudy the technical guitar shredding master, Anthony the jazzy massive funk guitar style, and Sherwin the versatile drummer – JUST IN CASE was formed.

Members eventually have known each other from small/big shows.., popular/unheard production... Paid/ unpaid performances... crowded and empty bar..., Gigs and other collaborating activities in rock events. In short, they inevitably found each other in the circus cosmic scene of music.

A group of passionate musicians with different genres/ musical influences…fused together to take each others’ sounds into another level.

Their music is simply melodic-thematic rock that bares a meaning and a purpose to touch people’s lives. Making original music was their first and foremost goal as a musician.

"Freaking Out" is their debut album consist of 13 original tracks, recorded under Ramon Eleazar of Gusi Records Studio. It includes featured singles “freaking out”, “Enough”, and “the Game”.

"Enough", is their carrier single, a manifesting melancholic love song for lovers who where still waiting and searching for someone who can make them complete and whole. "The Game" is a rock single, with an upbeat fast tempo, a track that could nod the heads of listeners. The album is a mixture of different type of musical progression, from alternative rock to melodic tone down love song.
