Soul Brains
At some point in 1999 H.R. ("Human Rights," born Paul D. Nelson) of
Bad Brains underwent a self described "spiritual change" and felt it was no longer appropriate to use the word "Bad" in his band's name. The other members agreed to the change and used the name Soul Brains from 1999-2001.
