Y-TRON
Y-TRON is an electronic artist based out of Portland, Oregon. Y-TRON's music relies heavily on vintage synthesizer and drum machine sounds, as well as the extensive use of vocoder. Y-TRON is overtly influenced by late 1970's to mid-1980s electronic music genres such as Space Disco, Detroit Disco, Italo-Disco, Electro and Hip-Hop. Y-TRON has, to date, released one free online-only EP (The vaguely-Star Trek: The Next Generation-themed "Encounter At Farpoint").
