Gil Fronsdal
Gil Fronsdal is the dharma teacher at the Insight Meditation Center (http://www.insightmeditationcenter.org) in Redwood City, CA. He is trained in the Zen and Vipassana traditions. He is the translator of "The Dhammapada: A New Translation of the Buddhist Classic with Annotations" (Shambhala) and the author of "The Issue at Hand: Essays on Buddhist Mindfulness Practice."
