LST da phunky child beginnt seine musikalische Laufbahn 1994 in Göttingen. Er gründet zwei Bandprojekte. Mit seiner Band Tchamba unterschreibt er 1998 den ersten Plattenvertrag.
Wenig später wird er Rapper für die Freejazz/Poetry Formation Next Generation von Deutschlands Jazz-Ikone Gunter Hampel, mit denen er bis 2003 durch Deutschland tourt. 2000 geht er Solo-Wege und tritt der s´DudiYo!-Crew aus Kassel bei. Gemeinsam gründen sie ihr eigenes Label Rough Remarks Productions, auf dem im Jahr 2000 sein Debütalbum
