For the first time they met at Matthias' in Heuchlingen, Germany in summer 1994. But it was not yet "stiffkick", it was just three kids called Baris, Christian & Matthias who went to the same class at school and were trying to make something similar to music. They made quite a few experiments with instruments and band line-up. First they did a kind of organ-rock trying to cover some "covered-by-every-band-at-least-once"-songs.
