I don't know who's the artist here but he does a wonderful Porky Pig/Willy Nelson blend.
HUMOUR abounds here with the Porky Pig stuttering through the song, Nelson's mild vibrato and nasal stylings. The addition of a comb/kazoo solo along with Porky/Willy's interjected stuttered commentary "Oh, Baby, I'll miss you" makes it even more complete.
Finally, the friend in the who's enjoying every moment of this performance makes listening to this track a real squeal.
