Liveonrelease
LiveonRelease was a Canadian all-girl pop punk/rock band from Vancouver, British Columbia. It was formed in 2001 and broke up in 2003.
The band consists of:
* Brittin Karroll: guitar
* Colette Trudeau: lead vocals
* Felicity Hearst: bass guitar
* Leah Emmott: drums
LiveonRelease's genre of music follows the likes of Blink-182. The name, LiveonRelease, originated from basketball jargon. Basketball is Brittin's favorite sport.
In 2002 they released Seeing Red, which included the singles "I'm Afraid of Britney Spears", "Get With It", and "Emotional Griptape". "I'm Afraid of Britney Spears" also appeared on the Dude, Where's My Car? soundtrack. In 2003 they released their second album Goes on a Field Trip, which included the single "Let's Go".
